How long do I get free technical support?

Your purchase includes free technical support for 30 days.  Just submit your question through our Knowledgebase "Ask a Question" tab.  If you want technical support beyond 30 days, you can purchase the Technical Support Plan (good for one year) either when you make your original purchase or later by logging into to your Client Account and adding it.

What is the Knowledgebase and how can it help me?

TimeClockpro 4 was released on August 1st.  As we receive and respond to questions from clients, we'll include them in the Knowledgebase, providing a great resource to help all of our customers find answers to their questions quickly.

How do I switch TimeClockpro from one computer to a different one?

If you need to move TimeClockpro from one computer to another you can copy the entire TimeClockpro folder including all it's files onto a flash drive and then move it to the new computer.

How can I get help with a TimeClockpro version 3 issue?

With the release of TimeClockpro 4 on August 1, 2009, support for version 3 ended on October 31, 2009.  We will, with your purchase of TimeClockpro 4, provide assistance with one crisis version 3 support issue.
