If you're using a Kiosk Edition, you must rename the "TCproBackUp.fp7" backup file "TimeClockpro.kiw" or "TimeClockpro.kfs" depending on whether you're using the Kiosk In Window Edition or the Kiosk Full Screen Edition. Before renaming the backup file, you'll need to change the name of your current "TimeClockpro.kiw" or "TimeClockpro.kfs" file slightly (e.g. "TimeClockproOriginal.kiw").
